Kim and Mike Withey have been involved in property investment for a number of years.
Where did this love affair start?
>In 1996 the idea of building their dream home took firm hold of them both. It took almost 2 whole years of searching before they spotted the ideal plot and managed to beat developers to an old bungalow which they quickly demolished and their dream house rose out of the ashes like a Phoenix.
Where did this lead?
Despite many challenges with this first build, property was now under their skin! And armed with some extra cash from the sale of Kim’s business in 2002, they started to look at investing abroad. A penthouse on Spain’s Costa Del Sol was their first purchase outside the UK and proved to be an ‘Interesting’ experience!
2003, was the year they decided to join forces ‘professionally”! and really get to grips with property full time, a decision they have never regretted. Using property as means to make money has provided them with a great lifestyle, enabling them to travel the world in style.
