Who we are... and our philosophy
We have two children who have gifted us four beautiful grandchildren. We live in a lovely part of the UK, not far from Stonehenge. However, unlike Stonehenge we have a roof on our property and it has been completed! We love travelling, reading every book we can lay our hands on, fiction and self development. We are passionately interested in looking after our health as we intend to live for a very long time yet! So we exercise regularly and are very careful about what we eat. In fact after attending a Tony Robbins ‘Unleash the Power” seminar we decided to accept the challenge of giving up eating meat and have been happy vegetarians for the last 6 years. We follow as closely as we can the philosophy of such people as Deepak Chopra, John DeMartini, Wayne Dyer, Jack Canfield and of course Anthony Robbins. We are inspired by such great men as Nelson Mandela and the Dalai Lama and serial entrepreneurs like Richard Branson.
But property is our main passion and between us, we have 20 years of experience as investors and we love to help others to find the keys to unlock their own dreams. We are passionate about smoothing the path to financial independence for as many people as we can possibly reach. We're already swimming in the sea of abundance and we'd like you to join us. We teach ordinary people to invest in property using little or no capital of their own but with huge financial rewards. We do this by working with uniqu e property investment business models using innovative financing and with the strategy of recycling original financing to maximize equity and rental returns with a minimum of risk. The outcome, should you decide to adopt this strategy, is a growing property portfolio which someone else will manage and tenant for you.

Mike and Kim Withey are the co-founders of The London Property Network which ran for over 4 years from the Selfridge Hotel in central London. They are also experienced and successful business owners and full time property investors with a portfolio of buy to let properties in the UK, Spain and the Caribbean. They can draw on their own extensive experience and that of hundreds of fellow investors and have analysed and rejected large numbers of property investment opportunities, both here in the UK and overseas. They understand what risks can be associated with property investing and how to avoid making them. They only ever present property investments that they themselves have invested in. Their motto being, 'If we wouldn’t invest in it, why should we expect you to!’
Although they have diverse backgrounds and experiences, one thing they have in common, apart from their love of property as an investment, is their rule that they will only promote an opportunity which has passed their own stringent due diligence process.
